Whatever the nation, nationality, religion or political creed, what does the absolute majority of humanity desire? It is “peace that reigns over all countries and the whole world”. This is an unquestionable truth. Unfortunately, however, there are a few people who awaken to this largest desire of humanity and put it into practice. There are a few people who are capable of disseminating a culture of peace. This is the reality of the world. Despite this, SGI and its President Mr Ikeda are precious models that show that this ideal can be achieved. Whether an individual or an organisation, the highest honour is to become a builder of peace.
