What am I most proud of from the days of my youth? That I protected and supported Mr Toda, the leader of kosen-rufu, all by myself when he was facing the harshest adversity\u2014the failure of his businesses and having to step down as the Soka Gakkai\u2019s general director. I vowed to myself that I would ensure that Mr Toda became the second president of the Soka Gakkai without fail, and I resolutely opened the way for his inauguration. This may seem to be bragging, but I am merely stating the facts for the sake of future generations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
