The SGI Argentina youth division has stood up while ardently embracing \u201cThe Vow of Ikeda sensei\u2019s direct disciples\u201d!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The teaching of Nichiren Buddhism and guidance which Sensei had demonstrated serve as the \u2018light source\u2019 that illuminates the contemporary world. I vow to achieve solid unity within the Soka family and advance kosen-rufu while praying in oneness with my mentor and upholding constant courage and perseverance.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On the day we received the news of Sensei\u2019s passing, many members gathered in various local Soka centres on their own accord to chant daimoku. Overflowing with gratitude towards the mentor, everyone has spontaneously come together. The general meeting to commemorate the 93<\/span>rd<\/span> anniversary of Soka Gakkai\u2019s founding and the Youth Division meeting were held as planned. We have accepted that it was for \u201cthis very moment\u201d that Sensei had been striving all along. Hence, we have promised each other to wipe away our tears of sorrow and muster the strength to move forward.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The youth division from Argentina will take on this task which Sensei had entrusted us at this important time in the spirit of \u2018from the indigo, an even deeper blue\u2019.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Through the transformation of my life, I will continue to develop myself as a capable individual who is able to contribute to society as a model citizen. I will continue to confront every challenge ahead, to expand the solidarity of youth who will pledge their effort for peace. In addition, I will widely propagate the thought of Ikeda Sensei that overflows with the light of eternal hope to every corner of our beloved homeland, Argentina.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I joined the Soka Gakkai\u2019s fife and drum corps when I was 12 years old, and in the activities, I was able to learn the spirit of Sensei and the path of mentor and disciple. Following in Sensei\u2019s footsteps, I am determined to dedicate my life to working for the happiness and peace of the future generations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
