I started this practice as an experiment to see if it works. I seriously started practicing in 2019. I saw many life transforming experiences, which made me the person I am today. I don't think I really understood mentor disciple concept, until 3 years after my practice when I actually understood what it means to carry out Sensei's heart, spirit and life with us, wherever we are and in whatever situation we are. Renewed my vows yet again to be an exemplary in my life and profession.
