Discovering Ikeda Sensei's writings during my teenage years, when I was unsure about my future, was not a mere coincidence. Looking back at that young girl, uncertain about her path, I am profoundly grateful to my mother for introducing me to Sensei. Ikeda Sensei provided hope when I couldn't find it within myself. I pledge to remain steadfast, not allowing my emotions to sway me, and to walk the path of mentor and disciple, just as he did. Thank you, Sensei.
