The vow, the destiny, and the cherished wish of Bodhisattvas of the Earth is always to be born among the people, to work for and with the people—leading the way forward, always advancing, always aiming higher, and always striving to bring forth greater energy and strength.  Kosen-rufu is a momentous undertaking entrusted to us by the Buddha of the Latter Day of the Law; it encompasses the entire world and extends into the eternal future. It is an undertaking of the highest good.
