Determined to carry on the work of this great mentor, I rose up resolutely as his disciple. Many other young people followed my example and did the same, one after another, giving proof to our mentor’s call: “Youth, just one of you stand! A second and then a third will definitely follow!” Under the inspired leadership of Mr Toda, we, the youth, provided the impetus for the
achievement of a membership of 750,000 households.
